We "found" Keros Beach about 20 years ago. The area and Keros Beach amazed us, and then the chilled village vibes of Kalliopi won us over.
We wanted to build our accommodation to share these summer experiences with our guests. Limnos has so much to offer, and at Kalliopi Luxury Apartments, you can explore it all while enjoying those holiday comforts you and your family expect.
It doesn't matter whether you're staying for a few nights, a week, or even a month. You'll settle right in at home into our 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. From luxury bedding, en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, and lounge areas, outdoor dining areas, and lots of outdoor space.

OUR APARTMENTS
We designed our 2-Bedroom & 3-Bedroom Luxury Apartments to have all the amenities you'd need and want, for a luxurious and comfortable summer holiday home.
All apartments are self-catering, featuring full kitchens, air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, private terraces for al fresco dining, Nespresso machines, super-comfortable bedding and linen, and ample outdoor space, along with private parking.
KEROS APARTMENTS
Just down the road from our luxury apartments, you'll find Keros Apartments, our fully renovated traditional village house with a courtyard. The house consists of a 2-bedroom apartment for 4 people and a Studio on the first floor for 3 people.
Keros Apartments provide a value option for those looking for a comfortable surf-house in the centre of Kalliopi.
Awesome apartment-houses, in a great location at Kalliopi's outskirts and just a few minutes to Keros beach. The spot is also an excellent starting point for exploring the island. The apartments are clean, comfortable with modern furniture and all the amenities you might need to make your stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

Great pet friendly apartments with a private parking. Excellent location, walking distance to few taverns and not far from Keros ( 5-7 mins with car). Would recommend this place!

Lovely houses , fully equipped with all amenities you may need or think of. Excellent service from the staff and the owner. Plenty of space in and out of the house , especially for surfing equipment and huge parking for loading and unloading easily. Best value for money in all keros area .
